You’ll be the link between performance data and creative output. Your job is to find the angles, formats, and hooks that actually convert — and work closely with editors, designers, and creators to bring them to life.

Your Role

Develop creative strategies based on product insights, customer psychology, and performance data

Write briefs that are clear, structured, and performance-driven

Collaborate with video editors, designers, and UGC creators to produce ad creatives for Meta.

Analyze ad performance and turn insights into creative iterations

Own creative testing plans and identify new ideas to scale

Stay sharp on platform trends, competitor ads, and top-performing formats
What We’re Looking For

2+ years working with performance creatives (DTC, e-commerce, or agency side)

Deep understanding of direct response marketing principles

Strong sense of visual storytelling and copywriting

Confident turning data into hypotheses and briefs

A proactive, testing-first mindset with attention to detail

Bonus: hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
€3,200-€4,000/month (gross) based on experience + performance bonuses.
