We’re a small but mighty team on a daily growth spree, scaling our own DTC brands and distributing a portfolio of others across 16+ international markets.

With strong traction and a proven model, we’re now focused on scaling efficiently — exploring and optimizing how we convert visitors and grow our brands. Your work will have a direct and measurable impact on the user experience, conversion performance, and our continued international growth.
You’ll turn data into hypotheses, hypotheses into tests, and tests into learnings — uncovering what drives user behavior and performance. Working closely with our traffic, creative, and product teams, you’ll ensure every click leads to a smooth, high-converting experience.
Your Role

Own growth and CRO initiatives from insight to execution

Build and manage a testing roadmap across key funnels, landing pages, advertorials, and customer journeys

Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify friction and opportunities

Diagnose and prioritize conversion bottlenecks, then design and validate improvements

Build and optimize landing pages, advertorials, quiz flows, and on-site experiences with creative and dev teams

Translate insights into testable hypotheses and scale successful learnings across brands

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure CRO efforts support broader growth goals

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in CRO or growth marketing, ideally within e-commerce or DTC
-
Proven experience designing and running experiments that deliver measurable results

Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with GA4, Hotjar, or similar tools
-
Deep understanding of user behavior, funnels, and metrics like CR, AOV, CAC, and LTV​​​​

Ability to turn insights into clear actions and measurable business improvements

Strong collaboration skills with creative and development teams

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
3,600+ EUR monthly salary, based on experience. Performance-based bonuses.
