We’re a small but mighty team on a daily growth spree — scaling our own DTC brands and distributing a portfolio of others across 16+ international markets. 

 

With strong momentum and a proven growth model, we’re now doubling down on retention. Your impact will be direct and visible — shaping how customers engage with our brands, driving repeat purchases, and maximizing LTV. In a lean, high-performing team like ours, there’s real opportunity to become a core part of the company as we continue expanding.

Your Role

  • Own email, SMS, and retention strategy end-to-end — from concept to execution

  • Build and scale lifecycle journeys that maximize engagement, revenue, and LTV

  • Lead a structured testing and optimization roadmap that drives continuous improvement

  • Use customer data and behavioral insights to design smarter segmentation and messaging strategies.

  • Collaborate with creative, performance, and design teams to deliver high-converting assets
     

As We Scale, You’ll Have the Opportunity To

  • Lead late-funnel growth initiatives — turning cross-sell, upsell, and reactivation into key revenue levers

  • Expand retention strategy into loyalty programs, subscriptions, and referral systems

  • Collaborate closely with acquisition teams to align retention and performance goals
     

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience leading lifecycle/email/SMS marketing in e-commerce or DTC

  • Proven track record of driving retention and LTV growth at scale

  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a test-and-learn approach

  • Ability to translate data into impactful lifecycle and growth strategies

  • Collaborative, creative, and proactive in identifying new opportunities

  • Bonus: experience in both email design and copywriting

     

4000–5000+ EUR monthly salary, based on experience. Performance-based bonuses.
