Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the entire supply chain structure across Europe

• Own strategic sourcing and procurement decisions for all products

• Design and optimize processes that support growth, new markets, and product line expansion

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with global suppliers

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, product sourcing, procurement

• Proven track record of building or improving supply chain processes in a scaling company

• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing global suppliers

• Bonus: experience working with 3PLs across multiple countries

3,000+ EUR monthly salary, based on experience. Performance-based bonuses.
